Our process starts from our initial communication, when we identify your needs, skills and experience. Should we find that we can be of 'real' benefit in your search for new employment will we then arrange a telephone interview soon followed by a 1-2-1 registration and interview with one of our experienced consultants.

To show our commitment to you, we choose to travel to your local area to meet with you no matter where you may live within the UK, emphasising the importance on identifying quality candidates rather than quantity. We also understand that by interviewing our candidates in person are we then able to gain 100% confidence in your application. 

During the registration / interview stage, we will identify your personal aspirations and goals, work experience, skills and key motivators. Following this, we will then discuss any current suitable vacancies that match your experience and needs.
However, should we find that none of our current vacancies to be suitable, then with your consent, Austin Clarke Search & Selection guarantees to actively market our candidates into other suitable positions.
